- With its self-lubricating revolving mechanism, the corner pieces have a longer useful life.
- Various canal-top grilles may be mounted depending on the type of the flock.
- The system is operated by a single- or double-speed feed motor with adjustable speed.
Feed Hopper
Options with 1, 2, 3 or 4 outlets are available. Can be manufactured as having capacities of 210 kg, 300 kg or 400 kg. Adjustable legs and feed outlet units are available.
Cross Legged Corner
It is the most important link of the system with its nodular cast iron gear assembly, reinforced corner lower plate, its design sitting on 4 points with its cross-leg system, and its static painted bodywork and leg system
Drive Unit
The TARIMAR motor groups may be manufactured as directly coupled to the chain, either mounted on the storage or standing on their own legs. The motor groups may be single-speed or double-speed.
Feeding Chain
It is a warranty-covered feeding chain capable of withstanding loads of up to 12KN. Curling, shaking or gaps between links do not exist. It is durable under high velocity. The material thickness is 2,5 mm and the width is 70 mm.
Through Leg
The TARIMAR Canal Legs produced using the static paint technologyare durable even in manure and ammonia. They are manufactured of durable and non-flexing high-quality 1,5 mm sheet metal. The leg gaps are closed using plastic stoppers to prevent the legs from corroding from the inside. The leg height is 45 cm.
Coupler
The Canal Joint Pieces (Bridge) are manufactured of 2 mm galvanised sheet metal. They fit perfectly with the legs with a bridge wire.
Feeding Canals
Manufactured of galvanised sheet metal of 1,05 mm or 1,25 mm thickness. The canal length is 3 metres. There are 4 varieties, namely the Broiler Canal, the Growing Canal, the Breeder Canal, and the Storage Outlet Canal.
Male Exclusion Grill
Manufactured of galvanised sheet metal of 1,05 mm or 1,25 mm thickness. The canal length is 3 metres. There are 4 varieties, namely the Broiler Canal, the Growing Canal, the Breeder Canal, and the Storage Outlet Canal.
Feed Sifter
Used in removing feathers, sawdust and dirt in the feed in the canals. Generally preferred for poultry houses where continuous feeding is carried out. With the single-teeth and double-teeth alternatives, low- or high-speed chains can be easily used.
